Jay Haley
Owner & Head Trainer
Jay has two decades of experience working with all breeds and temperaments. He has traveled all over the United States and Europe training and delivering dogs. Several of his clients include professional athletes, celebrities, security teams, and high profile business professionals. Over the years, Jay has learned the importance of forming a bond with the dogs and tailoring the training method to best suit their individual personalities. “If there is no trust there is no training. Our goal is to work with both owner and dog to form a strong respectful bond and in return have a balanced and happy home life.” -Jay
Jay truly believes working with dogs is a privilege and they should never be rushed or pushed to get results.
Shannon Haley
BS Veterinary Technology, Certified Veterinary Technician
Shannon graduated from Mount Ida College in 2010 with a bachelors degree in Veterinary Technology. She received her certification as Veterinary Technician shortly after and has been working in the field ever since. Shannon worked in emergency and critical care for a few years then moved on to surgery and anesthesia. She currently works part time as an anesthesia technician at a very busy veterinary specialty hospital in Massachusetts. The other days of the week, Shannon is working behind the scenes taking care of the business side of things here at the Loyal Hound. She also helps out walking, feeding and general care for the pets who are staying with us. “The most important thing to us besides the training, is that your pet has a safe and happy experience.”- Shannon
